Product Description:
Dished Tank Heads provide a solution for high pressure applications and are widely used for boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels. The tank heads are usually hemispherical, petal dished ends, crown & petal dished ends and flat bottom dished ends. They are fabricated in accordance with ASME, PED and GB standards, and are connected by welding. During the fabrication process, a variety of techniques such as stamping, spinning, and pressing are used. The quality of the tank heads is inspected with Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT) and Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD).
