To ensure precision, we create custom DXF cutting files for each project, enabling us to accurately cut patterns for rolling or press forming the complete cones or cone sections. Our skilled personnel then utilize our advanced plate roll equipment to produce high-quality steel cones. We work with a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloy, high strength, and abrasion-resistant grades.
