Product Description:

It is a type of vessel head that is used to seal off the end of a pressure vessel. The head is typically hemispherical in shape and provides a high degree of strength and pressure resistance. It is usually made from stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy steel through hot forming or cold forming process. In order to meet customer's specific requirements, the surface treatment such as shot blasting, sand blasting and painting can be applied and the design temperature as well as design pressure can be tailored to customer's needs. Furthermore, NDT and hydrostatic test can be conducted for the quality inspection. Pressure Vessel Dished Heads are usually used in conjunction with a dished bottom to form a complete pressure vessel.
