Product Description:
Carbon Steel Dished Heads are commonly used for storage tanks, boilers and other equipment. These heads can be formed by either hot forming or cold forming. Hot forming is responsible for forming thicker products whereas cold forming is used for thinner products. Carbon steel dished heads are available in thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 300mm. The connection of these heads is usually done through welding. They are inspected through UT, RT, MT, PT and TOFD tests to ensure the quality of the product. Carbon steel dished heads are mainly used for 2:1 Ellipsoidal Heads, Ellipsoidal Dish Head and Hemispherical Dish End.
