Nommaly Hemispherical heads by Cold press with thin plates is for food industry, Hot press and petal fabrication is for oil and gas industry.
Max dia 6100mm is for cold press of our cold press machine, and max dia 10000mm is for hot press for our hot press machine.
for above one photos, one is petal fabrication for heavy thicker plates.
finally Solution heat treatment is requried as customer requriement at abve 1000degree.
Our company are ASME R & U & U2 stamp holder and can provide dished heads as PED / NB / GB / ASME standard.
The dished heads for oil&gas industry is always requried ASME VIII-1 U stamp and ASME VIII-2 U2 stamp.
