Description:
Dished head (also called tank en'ds, vessel head) is the end caps on a cylindrical shaped pressure vessel which is made with carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloy steel. The Pressure Vessel Head is cold processed or hot-formed, seamless and stress treated, these tank heads are widely used in industrial storage or pressure vessels such as storage tanks, heat exchangers, towers, reactors, boilers and separations equipment. Our high quality and innovative vessel head includes elliptical head, torispherical head, hemispherical head and conical head, etc. Wuhan Linmei had been supplying ASME certificated dished heads at a competitive factory price.
The elliptical head ( or named ellipsoidal head ) which is a head consisting of two parts: a rotating ellipsoidal sphere and a cylindrical straight section. Elliptical tank head is fabricated to have a certain shape instead of a particular dish radius or knuckle radius. The dish radius is approximately 90% of the diameter and the knuckle radius is approximately 17% of the diameter. 2:1 elliptical flanged and dished heads are ASME compliant.

Thanks for your question. For carbon steel products, we sandblasting descaling product surface. For stainless steel products, we use acid to remove surface oil and impurities.
